Download the Surbuy mobile app, tap 'Sign Up', select your preferred verification method (such as Google or email), complete your profile details, and you're ready to list items or place offers.
When a buyer places an offer and is ready to buy, they pay directly through the app. Surbuy holds these funds securely in a neutral escrow vault. The seller is notified to dispatch the item. Once delivered, inspected, and verified by the buyer with a secure release code, the funds are released to the seller.
Open the Surbuy mobile app, navigate to the Login screen, and tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address to receive password reset instructions.
If you find a listing that violates Surbuy policies, you can tap the 'Report Listing' icon on the product details page. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours to enforce trust and security.
You may request account deletion directly within the Surbuy mobile app settings menu, or visit our online Account Deletion page under the help links to submit a data removal request.
