Delete Your Surbuy Account
Effective Date: July 2026
At Surbuy, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to participate in Surbuy, you can request account deletion by following the guidelines outlined below.
Important Action Notice
Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, active listings, transaction logs, and ratings cannot be recovered. Make sure all active escrow transactions are fully resolved before submitting.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can execute a deletion request through either of the following paths:
Open Surbuy App → Go to Settings profile → Select "Delete Account" and verify credentials.
Send a request to surbuy@innofrik.com using the email associated with your Surbuy profile.
Data Management Lifecycle
What we immediately delete:
- Profile identity records (Name, Phone, Image).
- Sellers' product listings and descriptions.
- Saved addresses and listing location markers.
- Account preferences and saved search details.
What we may legally retain:
- Historical escrow and invoice payment logs.
- Account logs matching active fraud investigations.
- Dispute reviews under moderation.
- Metrics required for corporate tax/audit compliance.
Processing Timelines
We process verified account deletion requests within 30 days of reception. We will notify you once all requested personal records have been completely purged from our active databases.
